Where does WAVE® ship to?
Wave® ships to continental USA, including PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. WAVE® does not support the use of forwarding addresses. Currently we are not set up to ship to international addresses.
What carrier does WAVE® use?
We mostly use USPS.
What is the estimated shipping time on “free shipping on orders over $60”?
Free priority shipping is offered by WAVE® on orders over $50 via USPS. These orders will have an estimated shipping time frame of 1-3 business days. Free ground shipping applies to all orders in the continental US. Free ground shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
What is the WAVE® return policy?
If you have purchased or received our product directly from www.wavehydration.com and would like to return it. No Problem! Please email conrad@wavehydration explaining the reason for the return and a return label will be issued promptly.
