Dents, scratches, punctures
Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
Product misuse and/or improper care
Cleaning related issues
Accessories (straws, brushes, booty, grip)
Bottle Tats (sticker art)
Accidental damage to electronics
If you experience any material issue, please email anne@wavehydration.com, or call the customer care line 503-430-7418 to return your bottle. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the guarantee transferrable. WAVE® Hydration will repair or replace defective product with current inventory.
